Doctors, nurses and medical staff are all our heroes and are very brave, making many sacrifices and taking on immense risk. But this virus is just too contagious ... We can use technologies like computer vision, AI and robotics to scale and automate in a collaborative and assistive manner to perform the most risky and repetitive tasks to help safeguard and scale the shortage of medical workers, resources and PPE.

What is COVID-19?
There are many strains of coronavirus but COVID-19, the strain originating in China, has made news as the global effort continues to stop the spread of this deadly virus.
COVID-19 is a strain of coronavirus originating in animals that we have never seen infect humans before. Because of this, we do not have a vaccine or treatment. COVID-19 is a respiratory virus and can be spread through the air via saliva droplets released when an infected person coughs or sneezes. It also can survive on surfaces.

Microsoft's coronavirus tracker is easy to use and has a nice interface. Much like the other maps, the Bing COVID-19 dashboard lets you see a worldwide view of the disease's spread as well as the numbers per country.
HealthMap’s coronavirus map is slick and well-designed and features animation, so you can animate the spread of COVID-19 from the very first cases.
NextStrain’s coronavirus map is more technical and provides some detailed information, like the genome of the virus. And you can watch an animation of the routes that the coronavirus took from region to region, country to country.
The New York Times’ coronavirus dashboard features easy-to-read charts and graphs explaining.
NBC New York’s coronavirus maps is based on the same Johns Hopkins data but is a little simpler and features animation.
